Layers of vanilla sponge with Bavarian cream between them. The cake
is surrounded by marzipan (an almond paste), and topped with a beautiful
marzipan rose. Available in many different sizes, including sheets.

A perennial favorite, the Raspberry Wonder is back for spring and
summer. We start with vanilla sponge cake, top it with a subtle white
chocolate mousse, a layer of raspberry mousse, and cover the top with
fresh raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. It looks almost too
pretty to eat, but don’t let that stop you!

mousse juxtaposed with a tangy orange coulis layer and delicate orange
bavarian cream. Grand Marnier-soaked ladyfingers hug the perimeter
of this cake, while opulent curls of dark chocolate shavings adorn
the top.

Our carrot cake is made as it should be, with real carrots and spices.
A thick cream-cheese icing between and around finishes it. It’s
not too sweet. It’s just really, really good. Nut free!
